This includes the soil where the grapes are grown, the climate of the vineyard and its region, and last but not least the choice which grape variety to plant. All in, a fairly unique partnership of natural resources and human skills. The character and the taste of each wine is much influenced by the combination of this, and resulting to very individual wine personalities.
